Dear Sir or Ma’am,


    My name is Gerlean Baylor, I received a notice that my order (Order Number: 20191119-0000015) was delivered. It was not! I contacted the post office and the tracking number on my order says that the package was delivered to Chicago. I do not live in Chicago,  I live in Virginia. Please send my order to the CORRECT address, 8720 Badger Drive, ALEXANDRIA, Virginia 22309.  You can confirm my address with my account information.


     As this is Christmas, I need the package sent as soon as possible. Thank you!
