A / S is available only for products purchased through official Pullip Shopping Mall. (pullip.net)

Products purchased directly from foreign distributors other than the authorized distributor must be contacted by the manufacturer Groove or the distributor.

Free repair if the product itself is defective

Paid repairs and round-trip shipping costs if the customer is careless

Body: 15,000won (Arms or Legs sold separately)

Arms: 5,000 won per part (10,000 won for both arms)

Feet: 5,000 won per part (10,000 won for both legs)

Shipping cost: Customer burden
